Career in baseball began at the age of 18 with the El Paso Diablos as an Intern and Clubhouse Attendant

During his time with the Diablos, he was voted by Players in the entire League as Best Clubhouse Attendant

Served in Athletic Trainer position with a Kansas City Royals Minor League team where he was later offered a permanent role

Athletic Trainer for UTEP baseball team

Interim Athletic Trainer for El Paso Diablos

Athletic Trainer for Del Valle High School

First Athletic Trainer for EPCC baseball when program was initiated

Continues his focus on arm care and injury prevention for Pitchers and position players assisting Professional, college, and high school athletes with shoulder and elbow care at Border Therapy Services

His life journey has been nurtured by his Faith, his wife Norma Jean Scott, mother Eva Scott, sister Debra Scott, brother Jodie Scott and his 3 children Sarah Jean, Samantha Jean and Aaron Anthony Scott.
