Executive Board

Armando Romero Jr. was an All-District pitcher at Andress HS before beginning a coaching career dedicated to developing young athletes. He later served as head coach at Burges HS and Bel Air HS, leading teams to multiple District, Bi-District, and Area Championships.

Eugene "Geno" Forti was a standout pitcher at Del Valle HS, earning multiple All-District and All-City honors along with All-State Honorable Mention. Drafted by the White Sox shortly after graduation, he went on to play professionally before an injury ended his career.

Guillermo "Willie" Romo was a three-sport standout at Del Valle HS before building a highly successful coaching career at Montwood HS. His teams earned 254 wins, four District Championships, five Bi-District Championships, and two Area Championships.

A standout player and highly decorated coach, he earned All-District, All-City, and Player of the Year honors before building a successful coaching career at San Elizario, Burges, Americas, and El Paso Community College.

An accomplished player at Burges HS before beginning a coaching career that has included Burges HS, El Dorado HS, and Del Valle HS. His teams earned numerous District, Bi-District, and Area Championships while he has compiled 380 career victories.

Jose “Beto” Romo was a standout pitcher at Riverside HS, helping lead the Rangers to the 2000 Class 4A State Semifinals before continuing his career at Midland College, Oklahoma State, and New Mexico State.
